My husband doesn't believe in Jesus. He's not born again. What should I do? Should I leave him?

No, because marriage is a very sacred thing. Even a marriage between two unbelievers. Marriage is not for Christians. Do you know Adam and Eve were not Christians? What were they? They were human beings. They were not even Jews. They were not under the Old Covenant or New Covenant or any covenant. They were just human beings and God married them.

Marriage was designed by God, not for Christians, but for human beings. When a human being gets married, God has joined them together. They must never separate. In the first marriage, Adam said, “This wife is now bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh.” (Genesis 2:23) And Jesus said “What God has joined together, nobody should separate.“ (Matthew 19:16)

Maybe you made a mistake in marrying an unbeliever. Nevermind. Pray that your partner will get converted. But, even if he doesn’t get converted, you must stay true to the marriage. God will never bless you by divorcing your partner or going away. Ask God to help you if your partner is a difficult person. Pray that he or she will get converted. Until then, pray that God would give you grace, and if you have children, bring up those children in the fear of the Lord. I believe it’s a big responsibility to bring up our children in the fear of the Lord.
