How do we discipline children without hampering their innate creativity, personality, development, and individualistic traits?
By being balanced like God is. God is good and he's severe. God wants to develop us spiritually and in every other way and so he realizes that there's a need for encouragement as well as challenge and discipline. So, we need to be balanced and it must not be all discipline and it must not be all just encouragement. If there's a balance, the children will grow normally. Otherwise, they'll grow up imbalanced.
